Outlast腈纶纤维调温性能研究

摘    要:研究Outlast腈纶纤维的调温性能。对Outlast腈纶纤维和普通腈纶纤维的常规物理机械性能进行了测试,同时通过差热分析、热重分析和步冷试验,重点测试分析了两种纤维的调温性能。试验结果表明:Outlast腈纶纤维的常规物理机械性能与普通腈纶纤维接近;其熔融峰和结晶峰均为单峰,具有适当的相变温度范围和较高的相变焓值;在311.85℃左右,Outlast腈纶纤维有明显失重;其降温速率随时间的延续呈指数规律减小,调温性能优于普通腈纶纤维。认为Outlast腈纶纤维具有较好的温度调节能力。

Abstract:Thermo-regulated performance of Outlast acrylic fiber was studied.General physical and mechanical properties of Outlast acrylic fiber and ordinary acrylic fiber were tested.Through thermal differential analysis,TGA and step cooling test,thermo-regulated performance of the two fibers were tested.The test result shows that the properties of Outlast acrylic fiber and ordinary acrylic fiber were close.Both melting peak and crystallization peak are single peaks.There are proper phase transition temperature range and phase transition enthalpy.At about 311.85 ℃,there is obvious weightlessness for Outlast acrylic fiber.The cooling velocity decreases exponentially with the increase of time,the thermo-regulated performance is better than that of ordinary acrylic fiber.It is considered that thermo-regulated performance of Outlast Acrylic Fiber is better.
