微波介质陶瓷粉体的合成方法研究

摘    要:综述了目前合成微波介质陶瓷粉体的各种方法,包括熔盐法、微波合成法等“固相合成法”和溶胶-凝胶法、水热法、共沉淀法、Pechini法等“湿化学合成法”以及结合两者的干湿混合法。介绍了各种合成方法的原理及应用,并对它们的优缺点进行了评价。在固相法中,熔盐法具有合成温度低、合成时间短、产物纯度高、粒度相对较小等特点,同时具有操作简单、易于工业化生产的优点而具有良好的发展前景。在湿化学法中,溶胶-凝胶法由于可以实现分子水平上的混合及得到纳米级的粉体,也具有十分巨大的潜在应用价值。

Abstract:The synthesis methods of powder for microwave dielectric ceramics developed in recent years are reviewed, including "solid-state reaction methods" such as molten salt processing and microwave synthesis processing, "wet-chemistry methods"such as sol-gel processing, coprecipitation processing,hydrothermal processing and Pechini processing,and "wet-dry combination method". The principles of these methods are discussed,and the advantages and drawbacks of each method are analyzed- Because it offers many advantages such as lower synthesis temperatures, shorter synthesis time,higher product purity,and easy operation,molten salt processing has wide potential applications. As a wet-chemistry method, sol-gel processing can mix components at molecular level and produce nanometer powder,thus also holding good prospect for application.
