摘    要:通过正交试验优选了常温磷化液的配方,得到一种配制简单、能快速成膜,获得具有较好耐蚀性、极佳表面状况的磷化膜的磷化液配方。并对磷化机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:The formulation of solution used in phosphatizing process at room temperature was optimized by orthogonal test.A phosphatizing formulation was obtained which had very good properties such as easy preparation, fast process speed,good corrosion resistance and excellent surface status.
