摘    要:针对数字开关电源比模拟电源输出纹波大的问题,介绍了一种降低数字开关电源输出纹波的有效途径.利用耦合电感滤波网络,达剑低纹波的要求,同时不会破坏原开关电源的动态性能.基于AFS600混合信号FPGA搭建了数字DC/DC电源平台,实现了片上控制系统.实验证明,输出纹波得到了有效抑制,纹波降低了50%.

Abstract:The output voltage ripple of digital switch power supply is larger than that of analog power supply.An effective way to decrease the output voltage ripple of digital switch power supply is introduced.Taking advantage of coupled-inductor filter network,the requirement of low ripple is achieved without decrease of the dynamic performance of power supply.Based on AFS600 field programmable gate array(FPGA),a digital DC/DC power supply flat is established,and control system on chip of power supply is implemented.The correctness of low ripple design is verified through experiments,and the output voltage ripple is reduced by 50%.
