基于仪表通讯的流量计卡控系统

摘    要:根据流量计费系统的升级需求,提出了采用PIC24EJ64GA108单片机和原有流量计通讯,通过射频卡进行扣费和充值管理的方案,着重介绍了IC卡读写、阀门控制、液晶等硬件构成和软件设计流程。用LDB电磁流量计进行测试,系统能正确采集流避及扣费,同时将余额、流量等数据通过MODBUSRTU协议传输到上位机中,系统运行可靠,值得推广。

Abstract:According to the flow measure system upgrade requirements, a RF card control scheme based on the microprocessor PIC24FJ64GA108 is introduced in the paper. It is focused on the hardware composition of IC card, valve control, LCD modules and software design process. Finally LDB electromagnetic flowmeter is connected to the system, it shows that the system can read flow, complete deduction and transfer the balance and flow to upper computer by Modbus RTU protocol. It runs reliably and is worth promoting.
