| 摘 要： | 3G移动通信技术是近几年通信行业发展的热点,IP网络视频监控技术也逐渐取代传统的视频监控技术,成为大型监控网络系统的首选。本文结合3G无线宽带通信技术、IP网络视频监控技术提出了便携式电力行业作业现场无线视频监控系统,以及在电力作业现场远程监控指挥中的应用。
