盾构技术在煤巷掘进中的应用探讨

摘    要:盾构设备在硬岩巷道中掘进效率高于其他设备,技术日趋成熟。针对现阶段掘进设备中掘、锚、运失衡问题,煤炭企业积极寻求快速掘进解决方案,盾构掘进系统逐渐在煤矿全岩巷道掘进中得到应用。结合煤巷掘进现状及盾构机的结构特点,对岩巷掘进的应用实例进行了分析,并探讨了其在掘进中的优缺点。此外,总结提炼出盾构技术在煤巷掘进过程中可能面临的掘支运平衡作业、巷道成型、快速适应顶底板变化、快速拆装、易于检修、施工联巷等方面的问题,为盾构机在煤巷掘进中的研发和应用提供参考。

Discussion on the application of shield technology in coal roadway driving

Abstract:The tunneling efficiency of shield equipment in hard rock roadway is higher than other equipment,and the technology is becoming more and more mature.In view of the imbalance of excavation,support and transportation of tunneling equipment,coal enterprises actively seek solutions for rapid excavation,and shield tunneling system is gradually applied in the whole rock roadway excavation of coal mine.Combined with the present situation of coal roadway excavation and the structural characteristics of shield machine,the application examples of shield machine in rock roadway excavation are analyzed,and its advantages and disadvantages in tunneling are discussed.In addition,the paper summarizes the problems that shield technology may face in the process of coal roadway excavation,such as balance operation,roadway formation,rapid adaptation to roof and floor changes,rapid disassembly,easy maintenance,crossheading construction,etc.,which provides reference for the application of shield machine in coal roadway excavation.
