摘    要:针对城市固体废弃物中转站和处理站的两级选址问题,同时考虑了总的建设费用最小和尽可能满足居民的意愿,建立了一个多目标规划模型.通过引入目标函数的模糊满意度,采用两阶段模糊算法求解,确定建立中转站和处理站的位置、中转站的数量以及由中转站服务的废弃物产生点,构建了一个废弃物的逆向物流网络.最后以在巩义市的建设规划为例,说明了模型的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:This paper develops a multi-obiective mathematic model for the location of treatment sites and transfer sites for municipal solid wastes. One objective of our model is to minimize the total cost of construction, and the other two objectives are to satisfy the willingness of residents. Based on the fuzzy satisfactory levels of objectives, a two-phase fuzzy algorithm is proposed. Through solving the model, the locations and numbers of these sites and how to assign the generation sites to transfer sites can be determined. Therefore, a reverse network for municipal solid wastes is constructed. Finally, an example from Gong-yi City Project proves the availability of our approach.
