雷达天线车液压故障分析及其动态仿真

摘    要:
在分析雷达天线车液压故障机理的基础上,引入流体仿真软件AMESim对液压调平系统进行建模,并通过对仿真模型注入各类故障信息,利用仿真软件优良的计算性能计算出系统的响应。仿真结果表明,该类仿真完全能够模拟实际系统的各类故障响应,能作为实际系统的故障诊断样本。

Abstract:
On basis of analyzing radar antenna vehicle hydraulic fault principle,a flow simulation software AMESim is introduced to model the hydraulic leveling system.By injecting various fault information into the model,the excellent calculation function of the simulation software is used to figure out the system response.The simulation results show that this kind of simulation can simulate various fault response of the actual system,and it can be taken as the fault diagnosis sample of the actual system.
