摘    要:岩石只有经过抛光后才能显露出特有的图案和迷人的色彩与光泽。作为天然岩石材料加工的主要工具 ,树脂结合剂固结金刚石磨盘的加工机理和工艺研究尚不深入。通过跟踪不同粒度金刚石磨盘的加工过程 ,从表面粗糙度与光泽度的对应关系着手探讨岩石光泽表面的形成过程。研究表明 ,随着金刚石磨粒粒度的减小 ,塑性流动变形在加工过程中起着越来越重要的作用。通过研究还发现对于一种花岗石 ,在三种不同的加工方式下对其磨抛时 ,花岗石表面的光泽度和粗糙度都有着较好的对应关系 ,而且对于不同的石材 ,基本上也具有相同的变化规律

Abstract:The proper pattern and charming color and luster of rock won't show until polished. At present the resin bonded diamond abrasive disc is extensively used in the processing of natural stone, but the research on the processing mechanism and technics is not yet sufficient. This paper concerned the formation process for the glossiness on the rock surface and the relationship between roughness and glossiness by monitoring the processes of abrasive discs with different grit size. The results showed that the plastic deformation played a more important role in the polishing of granite with the decrease of the grain size of the diamond bonded in the disc. It was also found that the roughness and glossiness of the polished granite surface, which even machined by three different processing methods, had a good correlation. Nearly the same relationship also lies in other different kind of granite.
