| 摘 要： | 简述状语在法律文本理解中的重要性。根据功能对等理论,探讨英汉法律文本状语成分、位置的异同,并得出规律性的翻译策略,包括对等-意译法、条件-意译法、或减词-意译法。同时强调紧密联系语境抓住三方面,即重词类轻成分、采用核心句和句式转换、适当运用同构原理。深刻理解灵活性在英汉法律文本互译中的作用。对法律英语翻译教学的启示：重语义功能、恰当采用灵活性、大量练习。

| Abstract: | The importance of adverb in the comprehension of legal texts is briefly introduced.On the basis of the ＂Function Equivalence＂ theory,similarities and differences of adverbs in legal English and legal Chinese texts are explored and discussed.Accordingly the author comes up with effective translation tactics.Flexibility＇s role in cross-translation of legal Chinese and legal English texts is emphasized.Finally,enlightenment and instructions for legal English translation class are illustrated. |
