| 摘 要： | 对包装压花用聚氨酯胶辊进行了研究。根据胶辊的使用要求选择了合适的多元醇材料．并考察了预聚体中游离NCO含量、后硫化条件、粘合工艺对物理机械性能的影响。

| Abstract: | PU elastomers for packing rolls were synthesized from polytetramethyl ether glycol(PTMG),toluene diisocyante(TDI),methylene bis-ortho-chloroaniline(MOCA).The effects of materials,formula and cure conditions on the properties of the elastomers were studied. |
