微波提取山药多糖的研究

摘    要:以山药干片为原料,乙醇为多糖的沉淀试剂,微波辅助提取山药多糖。通过止交试验确定捉取IJJ约多糖的工艺条件为:微波功率640W,处理时间10min,料液比1:10,提取次数为3次,在此条件下山药粗多糖含量为8.35%,多糖含量为53.19%。

Abstract:Using the dried flakes as raw material and ethanol as the precipitation reagents, microwave-assisted polysaccharide extraction of Chinese yam was studied. The optimal extraction process conditions determined by orthogonal experiments were: microwave power 640W, treating time 10 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 10, and exaction 3 times. Under these conditions, the yields of crude yam polysaccharide and yam polysaccharide were 8.35% and 53.19%, respectively.
