| 摘 要： | 介绍了LED固晶机的工作原理.阐述了其系统设计思想和实现方法,分析了其运动控制系统采用基于PCI总线的运动控制卡与口C工控机相结合的方案,其气动部分和机器视觉部分也是通过PCI总线实现相互间的数据通信,讨论了其运动控制的核心内容运动时序的控制.该系统通过了实验室的调试,具有高精度、高速度、人机交互性好等特点.

| Abstract: | The principle of light-emitting-diode(LED)bonding machine,the design consideration and realization method were introduced.The realization of motion control was analyzed,and PCI bus with an industrial computer was used in the system,the gas control and machinery vision were based on PCI bus to transmit data.The core of motion control time sequence was discussed.The system proves excellent performance in the laboratory. |
