| 摘 要： | 在综述中国利用FDI的正负两方面效应的基础上，横向比较了中国与部分国家FDI的经济影响，得出FDI对中国经济的正面效应大于负面效应，并针对FDI流入中国的行业比较集中、地区差异明显、国际收支压力大等问题，提出了相应的政策调整建议。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the positive or negative effects of FDI on China economy, this paper compares these effects of FDI in China and in other countries, and comes to the conclution that the positive effects on China~ economy is over its negative ones. Besides, this Paper puts forward some suggestions on policy adjustment in terms of the problems in China, such as concentrated trades taking in FDI, distinct regional differences, and unbalance of international income and expenditure. |
