摘    要:乙苯脱氢是工业生产苯乙烯的主要方法,传统生产方法有等温脱氢工艺和绝热脱氢工艺,分别采用等温列管式反应器和绝热轴向反应器,随着装置高效化和大型化的要求,负压脱氢工艺开发成功,反应器采用低阻力径向反应器,基本上为所有新建装置所采用。20世纪90年代我国开发了独特的轴径向反应器,首次应用于苯乙烯工业,形成了自主的负压脱氢制苯乙烯技术。

Abstract:Ethybenzene dehydrogenation is the most important method for producing styrene. In traditional isothermal and adiabatic processes at ambient pressure, the isothermal multi-tubular and adiabatic axial-flow reactors were adopted, respectively. For large scale plant with high efficiency ethylbenzene dehydrogenation under reduced pressure has been developed, and the radial-flow reactor is adopted. A special axial-radial flow reactor was developed successfully in the early 1990, and applied to styrene production for the first time in the world.
