| 摘 要： | 分析了破磨成本与入磨粒度的关系,介绍了惯性圆锥破碎机的结构、特点及主要技术参数,通过总结近年来GYP-1200惯性圆锥破碎机在金属矿山行业中的实际应用情况,表明该机能有效降低矿石入磨粒度,很好地满足"多碎少磨"新工艺的要求,大大降低破磨生产的电耗、钢耗,节约选矿成本,有助于金属矿山选矿厂实现节能减排、资源的综合利用。

| Abstract: | The relationship between cost of crushing and grinding and mill feed size was analyzed in this paper.And the performance principle and structure of inertia cone crusher were introduced.The application of GYP-1200 inertia cone crushers in iron mine were summarized,that indicates inertia cone crusher can reduce mill feed size.This type of crusher can meet the requirements of "increased crushing and decreased grinding"technological flow sheet and greatly reduce the power and steel's consumption by crushing and grinding's product line.The crusher can be used by metal mine concentration plant for realization of energy reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources. |
