开清棉除尘系统正压运行的设计与应用

摘    要:探讨开清棉除尘系统正压运行的设计与应用.分别介绍了开清棉除尘系统正压和负压运行的特点,阐述了开清棉除尘系统正压运行的应用原则、主要技术措施、管道设计、工艺设计和运行效果,分析了除尘系统正压运行对开清棉各单机和管理的影响.实践证明:开清棉除尘系统正压运行减少了除尘机组主风机,可实现节能降耗.改进设计后,除尘机组运行稳定,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:Design and application of opening and picking dust collecting system running in positive pressure were discussed.Features of positive and negative pressure of opening and picking dust collecting system were introduced respectively.Application principle,main technology measures,pipe design,processing design and operational effect of opening and picking dust collecting system running in positive pressure were introduced.Effect of dust collecting system running in positive pressure on each single machine and management were analysed.The practice shows that main blower of dust collecting unit is reduced in application of opening and picking dust collecting system running in positive pressure,energy could be saved and consumption could be reduced.After modification design,running of dust collecting unit is stable,the effect is better.
