糠醛抽出油、催化裂化重油研制橡胶用油

摘    要:采用溶剂精制工艺处理糠醛抽出油、催化裂化重油(回炼油和油浆),用以生产橡胶用油。通过实验证明,糠醛精制和KT液溶剂精制两种工艺均能生产橡胶用油,其副产物抽余油可作为催化裂化原料。同时对这两种工艺进行比较,结果表明,KT液溶剂精制工艺优于糠醛精制工艺。

Abstract:Taking solvent refining technique to produce rubber oil from furfural exaract oil and catalytic cracking heavy oil. Tests show that rubber oil can be obtained with both furfural refining and KT liquid solvent refining, and the by-product can be used as catalytic cracking stock. At the same time, two kinds of techniques are compared, indicating that KT solvent refining technique is superior to furfural refining technique.
