Abstract: | The paper proposes a method to calculate parameters of equivalent sources induced on printed circuit traces. These parameters will be obtained taking into account the combination of several approaches: the induction law when the trace size is small as compared to the wavelength of the disturbances, and transmission lines theory in the opposite case. Nevertheless, the confrontation with a more precise evaluation, obtained using the theory of diffraction by conductors, reveals that it is necessary to make corrections to the transmission lines theory, in particular, when evaluating the resonant frequencies and the amplitude of induced parasites at these frequencies. We will introduce special boundary conditions as well as radiation mechanisms. |
