摘    要:阐述了微电网多级保护控制系统,并结合微电网试点项目进行了经验总结.通过对微电网结构的分析,研究了微电网系统级、内部支路级、设备级(分布式发电设备、储能设备)控制保护功能在并网状态、离网状态及并离网转换时的协调与配合.通过研究试验数据和试运行数据,验证了微电网多级保护与控制功能达到了预期目标.最后,针对微电网通信、孤岛检测、平滑离网、平滑并网、并离网不同定值保护设置的现状进行分析,探讨微电网进一步优化建设的重点.

Abstract:In this paper,the multi-step protection and control technology in micro-grid is described and the experience is summarized based on the project.By analyzing the structure of micro-grid,the protection and control systems for system,branch and device,which are able to correctly manage a micro-grid during its transition from a grid-connection to an island operation,as well as its autonomous operation.Based on the research on both experimental data and pilot running data,the feasibility and stability of multi-step protection and control in micro-grid can be proved.Finally,according to the present analysis on the communication,the islanding detection,the smooth switch and the protection at different threshold,the further optimized construction of micro-grid is discussed.
