四氧化二氮相当水化验方法探讨

摘    要:针对发射场多次出现的四氧化二氮相当水含量超标问题,对近红外法、微波法及色谱法等3种化验方法进行了理论分析与实验研究。证明虽然3种方法均可用于常规氧化剂相当水含量进行测定,且3种方法之间没有明显的系统误差,但近红外法的准确度及精密度最好,微波法次之,色谱法最差。指出了3种方法的优缺点及其对发射场的适用性:对微波法来说,测量时样品温度对测量结果有较大影响,所以在测量时应使样品温度与环境温度一致。色谱法因其操作步骤繁杂,进样系统复杂,准确度及精密度较差,不适宜于用做仲裁法。该课题的研究对于提高发射场四氧化二氮质量控制水平具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems caused by the water equivalent of nitrogen tetroxide overproof happened on launch site,three test methods(near infrared,microwave and chromatography(CG)) are analyzed theoretically and experimentally.It shows that all the three test methods is able to be used for analyzing the water equivalent of the conventional oxidizers and no obvious systematic errors of them is found.Veracity and precision of near infrared method is the best among the three while that of CG is the worst.Merits and shortcomings of the three methods and their applicabilities for launch site are also pointed out.When the microwave method is applied,for its temperature gives a great influence to the analyzing results,the analyzing temperature should be equal to that of the environment.Both the operation process and corresponding sampling system of CG method are complex as well as its veracity and precision are the worst among the there methods.The CG method is therefore not suitable to become an arbiter method.This study is significant for enhancing the quality control of the nitrogen tetroxide on launch site.
