双圆盾构掘进时的方向控制

摘    要:盾构隧道的施工过程中由于土性条件的变化、盾构机体的制造误差和盾构管片等的影响,不可避免地会影响顶进的方向。为保持双圆盾构的推进方向,在盾构隧道施工过程中进行盾构纠偏是必然的。盾构顶进时的纠偏控制包括平面方位的纠偏控制、前后摆动引起的高程控制及左右滚动的纠偏控制三部分。和普通的单圆盾构机的纠偏不同,由于双圆盾构机的横向尺寸加大以及在设备配置上的不同,双圆盾构轴线控制与单圆盾构轴线控制有较大的差异;双圆盾构施工中方向控制的难点在于左右滚动纠偏的控制。作者从纠偏控制的原理、方法等方面叙述了如何控制好双圆盾构的推进方向。并通过上海地铁六号线中双圆盾构的实际施工数据具体分析控制方法。

Abstract:It is unavoidable that some deviation of the centerline will be generated during the Double-O-Tube(DOT) shield tunnel construction.The deviation includes rolling,pitching,and horizontal steering.The influential factors causing the deviation are presented at first and they are: 1) inherent factors of machine itself such as manufacturing errors and unbalanced weight of two side tubes;2) subsoil conditions such as non-uniformity;3) problems caused by construction operation.The deviation not only affects the final quality of tunnel but also causes the environmental problems such as large surface settlement over the tunnel.Therefore,it is necessary to rectify the deviation during construction in order to build a high quality tunnel.For the DOT tunnel,the centerline control includes the plane direction control,pitching deviation control and rolling deviation control.The controlling methods are presented in details based on the field data during Shanghai metro tunnel construction.
