大庆ABS装置污水预处理系统技术改造

大庆石化公司ABS装置扩能至100 kt/a后,污水系统的处理能力已不能满足工艺要求.应用"涡凹气浮"技术对ABS污水进行两级气浮处理改造,对PB聚合等悬浮物浓度较高的污水进行气浮处理;处理后的污水进入调节池均化后再进行气浮处理,最终实现污水达标排放.

Technical Renovation to the waste water pretreatment system of Daqing ABS Plant

The treatment capacity of waste water system could not meet the process requirement after the ABS plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company was expanded to 100 kt/a.The FAC technology was used to renovate the ABS waste water treatment by two-stage air floatation,and the waste water of high suspended solid from PB polymerization and the like was first treated by air floatation.The waste water thus treated entered into the equalization pond to be treated by air floatation again,and waste water emission finally has met the standard.
