摘    要:简述国华太仓发电有限公司600MW超临界机组锅炉高温受热面管氧化皮集中剥落导致末级过热器爆管事故过程,分析爆管原因,制定、执行了相关措施有效防止氧化皮集中剥落造成高温受热面堵塞爆管。

Abstract:The article briefly introduced the accident of super heater bursting caused by the exfoliation of oxide layer on the heat absorbing side of Guohua Taicang Power Generation Company's 600MW supercritical generating unit boiler and analyzed the cause of the bursting.Relative measures are designed and implemented to effectively prevent the intensive exfoliation of oxide layers which can cause the blockage and pipe burst of high-temperature heat-absorbing surface.
