基于Flowmaster的平流式冷凝器性能仿真及优化

摘    要:
为分析平流式冷凝器传热性能并对其结构进行优化,使用热力学系统仿真软件Flow-master,基于几何参数的冷凝器模型,对一平流式冷凝器进行仿真,通过与有关试验数据对比验证仿真结果.分析冷凝器各流程性能参数,指出该冷凝器第三个流程对冷凝器性能影响较小.通过改变流程布置并分析其对冷凝器性能的影响,发现该冷凝器尺寸设计过于保守.对减少冷凝器扁管的数量和长度进行一系列仿真分析,得到性能保持不变且结构更加紧凑的冷凝器优化方案.

Abstract:
To analyze transfer performance of parallel flow condenser and optimize its structure, a model based on geometry parameters was used in the simulation of a condenser in Flowmaster. The simulation was veri- fied by comparing with experimental results. Performance result of every process of the condenser was analyzed. It was pointed out that the third process has little effect on condenser performance. The refrigerant flow arrange- ment was changed to discuss its impact on the condenser. It was found that the size of the condenser design was too conservative. A series of simulation were discussed by reducing the number and length of fiat tube and got some optimized condenser designs with the same performance and more compact condenser.
