新型硅酸锂富锌涂料合成方法

摘    要:无机富锌涂料在重防腐施工中应用较广 .寻找一种既能降低生产成本 ,又能提高其综合性能的添加剂具有重要意义 .系统研究了以高模数硅酸锂 硅酸钠、硅酸锂 硅酸钾、硅酸锂 甲基硅酸钠、硅酸锂 甲基硅酸钾四种硅酸盐复合物质作为无机富锌涂料粘结剂的制备方法、影响因素和防腐性能 ,通过分析和比较 ,得出了一条新的制备硅酸锂富锌涂料的工艺路线 .

Abstract:Inorganic Zinc-rich coating is widely used in heavy duty anticorrosion. It is important to find an additive that can reduce production costs and improve the integrative performance. In the present work, four sorts of Zinc-rich coatings were prepared by using lithium silicate-sodium silicate, lithium silicate-potassium silicate, lithium silicate-sodium methyl silicate and lithium silicate-potassium methyl silicate respectively as the binding agent. Based on the experiments, a systematic study has been made on the preparation methods, influence factors and anticorrosive properties for these coatings , and finally a new technological process for preparing zinc-rich lithium silicate coating has been found.
