摘    要:建立了香精香料中水杨酸的液相色谱检测方法。该方法以甲醇提取样品中的水杨酸,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸为内标;梯度洗脱,流动相分别为乙腈和50mmol·L-1磷酸溶液,DAD检测器检测,内标法定量。结果表明,水杨酸在0.05~1.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,拟合度为0.9999,回收率为97.53%~98.13%,相对标准偏差为1.08%~1.37%。

Abstract:The determination method of salicylic acid in flavor and essence was established by high performance liquid chromatography.Samples were extracted with methanol.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 50mmol·L^-1 phosphoric acid,gradient elution,DAD detection,quantified by internal standard method.The results show that the calibration curve of salicylic acid at the concentration range of 0.05~1.00μg·mL-1 was linear(R2= 0.9999).The recoveries of the salicylic acid ranged from 97.53% to 98.13% with relative standard deviations between 1.08%~1.37%.
