基于暗声学材料的结构振动研究与仿真分析

摘    要:以暗声学材料的简化结构为研究对象,通过薄膜的大挠度理论,对受约束结构条件下暗声学材料的结构单元进行了振动分析。首先对带有集中质量的薄膜与声波辐射模式之间的耦合形式建立数学模型,得到了受约束结构和未受约束结构条件下的一阶固有频率;通过COMSOL Multiphysics软件仿真了暗声学材料结构单元的声-固耦合特性,得出在一阶固有频率下受约束结构是未受约束结构的0.26倍,与理论计算值的误差为5.7%。这有利于降低20~1 000Hz低频范围内的一阶固有频率,提高暗声学材料吸声特性。

Abstract:In this paper, the simple structure of the dark acoustic materials are introduced. The large deflection theory of membrane and the vibration of constrained structure about the structure unit of dark acoustic materials are analyzed. The mathematic model of the interaction between the membrane with focusing mass and the acoustic radiation mode is established, the first order natural frequency about the constrained structure and non constrained structure is solved. Acoustic solid interaction of the structure unit based on COMSOL Multiphysics are introduced, the constrained structure is 0.26 times to the non constrained structure for the first order natural frequency, and the calculated theory value error of 5.7% is obtained. This is benefit to reduce the first order natural frequency in the range of 20 1 000 Hz and improve the absorption properties of dark acoustic materials.
