石油沥青质胶体分散特性的研究

摘    要:研究证实石油溶液是一种胶体分散体系,石油的加工行为也与其胶体化学特性密切相关,深入了解石油溶液的胶体性质对整个石油工业,从勘探、开发,到储运、加工都具有非常重要的意义.从流变学的角度研究了胜利沥青溶解于苯、甲苯和四氢呋喃溶剂中沥青质的分散与缔合,测定了沥青质的缔合分子数.结果表明,沥青质在稀溶液中是以单体胶粒存在的,不发生明显的缔合与聚并现象,胶粒的大小与溶剂化层的厚度有关,溶剂和温度对溶剂化层中胶质和芳香分的解离作用很小.

Abstract:Earlier research has shown that the petroleum solution is a colloidal dispersion system, which deserts important influences on petroleum exploration, production, storage and transportation, processing and utilization. It is necessary to study the colloidal properties of petroleum. In this paper, a study of the dispersion and aggregation of asphaltene in different solvents, i.e. toluene and THF, was performed. The aggregation number of the asphaltene molecules was determined. The results show that there are no obvious aggregation or flocculation of asphaltene particle in dilute solutions. The macroscopic size of the colloidal particles increases with the concentration of asphaltene in the solution. The temperature and the character of solvents have no significant effect on the colloid particles.
