| Abstract: | After secretory human growth hormone(rhGH) engineering bacterial strain W3100 was cultured in fermenter, cells were lysated by osmotic shock method, then rhGH was purified by ion exchange, hydrophobic and molecular size charomotagraphys. The purity and specific activity of the purified rhGH reached above 97% and 2.5 IU/mg respectively. |
