双圆弧齿轮齿面啮合特性的仿真分析

摘    要:基于双圆弧齿轮的啮合原理和加工原理,论述了齿面啮合特性仿真的算法,并用MATLAB开发了一套完整的仿真程序。对给定参数的齿轮副进行计算机仿真,模拟出真实工作情况下齿轮的接触区和运动误差曲线,接触区近似椭圆状,传动误差曲线近似抛物线。同时在滚动试验机上对试验齿轮进行检查,将通过试验得到的接触区和仿真结果进行对比,从而验证了算法的正确性。
