摘    要:通过实验对比分析了煤矿机械承载结构件角焊与船形焊的工艺过程,结果证实了船形焊工艺在特定焊接接头成形中具有一定的优越性,可有效提高焊接效率,保证成形质量,降低焊接成本,提升产品精细化水平。

Abstract:The processes of fillet welding and fillet welding in flat position contrastively in the bearing structural components of coal mine machinery by experiments.The results have proved that the procedure of fillet welding in flat position is superior than the fillet welding in some welding joints,which could not only improve the welding efficiency and the molding quality,but also reduce the welding cost and enhance the level of the product refinement.
