采煤机行星架的有限元分析及优化

摘    要:行星架刚度直接影响采煤机传动的质量。应用ANSYS-Workbench有限元分析软件,分析某采煤机牵引部行星架的应力和变形。根据分析结果,改进局部设计。行星架输出端改用阶梯结构可降低应力突变;适当增大连接处过渡圆角可降低应力集中。

Abstract:The stiffness of the planetary carrier directly influences the transmission quality of shearer.The ANSYS-Workbench software of finite element analysis is used to analyze the stress and strain of some shearer's planetary carrier.According to the analysis result,the partial construction of the carrier is optimized.The adopting stepped joint on the carrier's outlet mitigates the sudden change of stress,and the proper increase of the roundlet radius on the transition joint decreases the concentration of stress.
