摘    要:研究了用固体碱 KOH/Al_2O_3催化合成苯叉丙酮,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件:n(苯甲醛)∶n(丙酮)=1∶4.催化剂用量2g,催化剂最佳负载量12mmol/g,反应温度40~45℃,反应时间为3h,产率达88%以上。

Abstract:Solid base,KOH/Al_2O_3,was applied as a catalyst in a condensation reaction,and showed advantages over liquid bases.It avoided polluting environment and eroding equipments in using liquid base.In the synthesis of benzalacetone,the yield was above 88% after 3 h.The optimal reaction con- ditions were established:n(benzaldehyde):n(acetone)=1:4,the amount of catalyst is 2g,the best loadings of KOH in the catalyst is 12 mmol/g,reaction temperature is 40-45℃ and reaction time is 3 h.
