| 摘 要： | 市政工程建设的全过程投资控制包括项目决策、设计、招投标、施工和竣工等各阶段的投资控制。可行性研究报告中的投资估算是项目投资控制管理的初步目标,立项后控制投资的关键是在设计阶段。详细介绍了初步设计、施工图设计的投资控制要点。招投标阶段投资控制重点是将工程合同价控制在目标范围内。成本进行控制和工程变更控制是施工阶段投资控制的关键。竣工阶段控制的关键在于核实增减成本项目的工作量,防止不合理增加工作量。
