生物质热解及生物质与褐煤共热解的研究

摘    要:褐煤及生物质均具有隔绝空气受热时化学结构发生裂解的特性.经过热裂解可得到半焦、焦油和煤气等三种形态的物质.对于一定的煤及生物质来说,三种形态产物的产率将因热解条件不同而有差异.研究选取了龙口褐煤,选取了木屑和核桃壳两种生物质,在一定的条件下进行低温热解.考察了生物质热解及生物质与褐煤共热解时,三种形态产物产率的差异.考察了低温热解所得半焦直接作为吸附剂使用的性能.吸附实验结果表明,不经任何处理的低温热解半焦吸附亚甲基蓝的单位吸附量可以达到7.3mg/g.

Abstract:Brown coal and biomass all have the characteristics of thermal decomposition of their chemical structure.Outcomes of three forms may be gotten by their thermal decomposition.The yields of three forms outcome will have different with the condition of thermal decomposition for some coal and biomass.Brown coal(from Longkou mine) and biomass(sawdust and shell of walnut)were tested by thermal decomposition under lower temperature in the study.The difference of the yields of three forms outcome was reviewed when biomass was decomposed and the mixture of biomass and brown coal was decomposed under some condition of thermal decomposition.The performance of raw char used directly as adsorbent was reviewed.The result of adsorption test stated that the adsorbing value of raw char to methylene blue may reach 7.3 mg/g.
