抽油机减速器轴头密封结构的改进

摘    要:针对在用抽油机减速器普遍存在的渗漏油问题, 提出了一种新型减速器轴头密封结构。这种密封结构是将机械密封运用到轴头密封上, 在轴承端盖内部安装由动静环、O 形橡胶圈及弹簧等组成的机械动密封装置, 动密封件选用具有一定硬度和耐磨性的材料制成。现场试验表明,密封结构性能可靠, 使用寿命长, 对轴头无磨损, 功率损耗小, 从根本上杜绝了抽油机减速器轴头的渗漏油现象。

Abstract:In the light of the problem with oil leak of pumping unit reducers, a new seal structure for the reducer shaft end is designed. This seal structure applies mechanical seal on shaft end seal, a mechanical dynamic seal mechanism, comprised of dynamic and static rings, O shaped rubber ring and spring, is fixed inside the end cover of the shaft. Material with fairly high hardness and wear resistance is selected as the dynamic seal element. Field test shows that, this seal structure is characterized by reliable property, long service life and low power consumption, it can elimilate oil leak of gear reducers.
