石墨炉原子吸收测定地球化学样品中痕量金

摘    要:
试样经灼烧,用王水加热分解,并在Fe^3+存在下,于王水介质中用泡沫塑料吸附Au;吸附Au后的泡沫塑料再用10g/L硫脲溶液解脱,采用斜坡升温技术在220ZS石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定超痕量金.根据实验得出最佳分析条件,该方法检出限为0.1ng/g,精密度(RSD,n=12)4.2%-10.8%,经国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符.

Abstract:
The geochemical exploration sample was roasted and dissolved with aqua regia. The trace gold is absorbed by polyurethane foam from aqua regia medium under the presence of Fe^3+ and released in 10 g/L thiourea solution. The trace gold is determined by GFAAS with the slope warming. The detection limit of the method is 0.1ng/g with the precision (RSD, n=12) of 4.2 %-10.8 %.
