二项变量累积和图vs pn图

摘    要:累积和(CUSUM)方法是一项成熟、先进的过程质量控制技术,并在发达国家腹到了成功应用。但在我国的应用近乎空白。对二项变量累积和控制图及计算平均链长(ARL)的马尔可夫链方法作了简单介绍,计算了CUSUM图和pn图的平均链长,在此基础上对两种方法进行比较,表明CUSUM〈方法的ARL性能优于pn图,并通过具体实例,进一步论证了CUSUM图在实际应用方面优于pn图。认为在国内企业的质量管理中,应积极

Abstract:The CUSUM procedure is a mature and advanced process quality control technology.It was successfully applied in developed countries,but it is seldom used at home.The binomial CUSUM control chart and its advantages are introduced.Comparing the binomial CUSUM chart with pn chart on the basis of ARLs,it is showed that the CUSUM procedure is better than pn chart in the performance of ARL. Finally, with an actual example, a conclusion is drawn that binomial CUSUM chart is really more advantageous than pn chart,and domestic enterprises should actively apply the CUSUM technology to acquire economic benefit.
