摘    要:以基于多Agent的二级电压控制系统的基本原理为基础,提出了基于多Agent的二级电压控制系统的实现方案.根据Agent理论模型和电力系统二级电压控制的要求,设计了控制系统中电压控制Agent的各模块并提出了多个控制Agent之间通信、协调和协作的具体实现方法,分析了控制系统在电力系统正常情况下和紧急情况下的运行性能和特点.最后用经典的新英格兰系统进行了数字仿真,仿真结果表明了文中所提设计方案的有效性.

Abstract:Based on the principle of multi-agent based secondary voltage control system the implementation scheme of this system is proposed.According to the theoretical models of agent and requirements of power system secondary voltage control,the modules in voltage control agent are designed,the concrete implementation of communication,coordination and cooperation among multi control agents is proposed,and the operating performance and features of control system under normal and emergent conditions of power system are analyzed respectively.The numerical simulation for proposed secondary voltage control system on classical New England power system is executed,and simulation results show that the proposed design scheme is effective.
