独立型风光互补系统中储能容量优化研究

摘    要:以独立运行的风光互补发电系统中储能容量最优化为目标,利用风电、光伏以及负荷的发用电预测数据,提出考虑超级电容器和蓄电池内部特性的负荷缺电率LPSP的简化计算方法,并同时考虑负荷最大缺电率和负荷最大瞬时功率缺失两方面来综合确定超级电容器/蓄电池混合储能装置容量的大小.进行了优化软件的编制和算例分析,结果表明,考虑储能系统功率输出能力可以提高储能系统容量优化配置的准确性,而在同时达到满足负荷最大缺电率和负荷最大瞬时功率缺失要求下,混合储能比超级电容器、蓄电池单独储能更加经济.

Abstract:The goal of this paper is optimizing the capacity of Storage of the Wind/PV generation system.It focused on the simplified approach of calculating the lost of power supply probability(LPSP)using the predicted data of the generated energy of wind and PV and the power consumption of load.And determine the capacity of Storage on the base of the power of the storage system and LPSP.By developing optimization software and example analysis,it shows that it improves the accuracy veracity of the optimal capacity of storage system to take the power of storage system into account and under the same condition with considering both of power of storage system and LPSP,the hybrid storage system is more economic than super capacitor or storage battery individually.
