| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氦氖激光血管外照射治疗脑缺血的效果,讨论其可能机制.方法:对12例脑缺血进行氦氖激光血管外照射治疗,并与非血管激光照射治疗的16例进行对比.结果:血管外激光照射治疗组效果明显好于对照组.结论:氦氖激光血管外照射治疗能够提高临床脑缺血的疗效,提倡它作为脑缺血的治疗方法之一. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of extravascular He-Ne laser used in brain ischemia and discuss its possible mechanism.Methods: 12 cases of brain ischemia are treaded by He-Ne laser irradiation;16 cases who have the same disease are managed by routing therapy without the laser irradiation.Two groups are compared.Results: the patients who undertaken He-Ne laser extravascular radiation have a much better outcome.Conclusion: He-Ne laser extravascular irradiation is able to improve the effect of brain ischemia a... |
