基于AT89S52的温度控制器的设计

摘    要:温度控制器采用数字温度传感器DS18B20为测温元件,以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,通过光耦合MOC3061单向调功电路作为输出部分,直接对水箱温度进行加热控制,人机接口采用HD7279A通用键盘显示电路.测控仪具有控制精度高、使用简单、成本较低和工作稳定可靠等特点.

Abstract:Design of temperature controllor uses digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and AT89852 singlechip. Output controller adopts light coupling MOC3061 single aspect adjust power circuit, straightly to control or to heat water tank temperature. The interface of man and engine adopts HD7279A keyboard displaying circuit. The characteristic of measure and control appearance is that controlling precision is high; operation is simple; cost is low and work is stabble and reliable.
