摘    要:以含葡萄糖酸钠配体的SnCl2为还原液,还原Na188ReO4后,标记人血清IgG,在pH=3的条件下,1g/L的蛋白质用高于5000倍摩尔过量的抗坏血酸(AA)还原2h后, 与2.6×10-28.0×10-2mol/L的SnCl2-葡萄糖酸钠溶液及188ReO4-反应3h,可以得到90%的标记率,在该标记条件下,对影响标记率的因素作了初步的研究和探讨。

Abstract:SnCl2 reduction solution together with sodium gluconate was chosen to reduce Na188ReO4- and label human IgG. The labellin g conditions were optimized. It was found that the labelling efficiency could reach 90% under the following condition: 1g/L protein with 5000 mole r atio AA in 2h reducing time at pH=3, in mingled with 2.6×10-28.0×10-2mol/L SnCl2 in sodium gluconate and 188ReO4- at ambient temperature. The fa ctors effecting labelling efficiency were studied and discussed.
