建筑施工企业安全文化体系

建筑施工企业安全文化体系的建设,既是社会文化建设的体现,也是经济建设中施工安全管理的需要.针对不同发展层次与不同体系内容的建筑施工企业安全文化体系细化研究的现状及不足,根据企业类型和规模界定了建筑施工企业的发展层次,根据企业安全文化建设评价标准,引入建筑施工企业安全文化体系建设状况等级.通过建筑施工企业安全文化体系状况调查,发现从体系内容来看,安全氛围、精神文化建设状况存在较大不足;在发展层次方面,层次越低的企业在建筑施工企业安全文化体系上的缺陷越大.提出建筑施工企业安全文化体系建设,除应继续按照国家、行业以及地区的标准规范强化物质文化与制度文化建设之外,还要凝练理念,进行安全氛围与精神文化的建设.特大、大型企业需在良好基础上继续深化体系建设,中小型企业应通过建设精神文化,建立起合格的安全文化体系.
