摘    要:
济钢炼铁厂350m^3高炉的低风温、低富氧生产,使高炉冶强降低,产量下降,同时理论燃烧温度偏低,一定程度上制约了高炉提煤节焦、降低生铁成本;在产量降低的同时,高炉生产所需动力费用仍正常发生,又进一步影响了高炉单位生铁成本。通过分析计算得出了控制适宜的富氧率(3%),既可实现大喷煤又可进一步改善高炉生铁成本状况。

Abstract:
In The Ironmaking Plant of Jigang, while the low blast temperature and the low oxygen enrichment of 350 m3 BF had reduced smelting intensity and production. At the same time, because of the raceway adiabatic flame temperature (RAFT) was on the low side, the coke ratio, coal ratio and the cost of pig iron had been influenced. While the blast furnace output decreased, the power cost of BF production needed still normally to occur, which has affected further the BF unit pig iron cost. By analyzing and calculating, the appropriate oxygen enrichment(3%) of BF was discussed and the conclusion that appropriate higher oxygen enrichment percentage can not only carry out high coal injection, but also reduce the cost of pig iron is educed.
