膏体冲压发动机输送及调节技术试验研究

摘    要:为了分析膏体冲压发动机的输送及调节特性,从发动机工作原理出发设计了推进剂输送及调节试验系统,针对所采用的膏体富燃料推进剂开展了试验研究。研究结果表明,在发动机工作条件下膏体富燃料推进剂的流动特性与幂率流体非常接近,可采用幂率流体层流流阻计算公式对试验管路内的流动损失进行估算,误差小于3%。通过增压压力较小的调节可获得较大的推进剂流量变化,具有调节系数大的特点,调节的响应时间随着推进剂粘性的增大而增大。

Abstract:Based on working mechanism of pasty propellant ramjet,test system of propellant transfer and control was developed and experimental investigations were performed to study transfer and control performances of pasty fuel-rich propellant.The results show that rheological characteristics of pasty fuel-rich propellant can be described by power law.The pressure loss of pipe can be calculated by the loss equation deduced from power law model with error lower than 3%.The greater change of flow has been achieved by ...
