摘    要:为完善电能质量监测的网络化功能,在研究虚拟仪器和计算机网络技术的基础上,提出了一种分布式电能质量监测网络系统以监测电能质量。系统由监测模块、中心监控站及远程诊断中心组成,实现了数据采集、分析处理、诊断和报警功能,采用的虚拟仪器上的网络校时方案可降低系统成本。理论和实践证明,该系统具有实时性好、可靠性高及成本低等特点。

Abstract:On the basis of researching virtual instrument and networking technology,a distributed power quality monitoring networking system is proposed to implement monitoring of power quality.The national standards for power quality are introduced in the paper.The system is composed of monitoring module,monitoring station and remote diagnosing centre,and implementation functions of data collection,data analysis,diagnosing and alarming.C/S is adopted in the system to achieve high efficiency communication,and B/S is implemented in the system to reduce the maintain effort and cost.Monitoring module has data process module to reduce network traffic and virtual device processing burden.It monitors three phase currents,voltages and all power quality problems defined by national standards and expanding potentials are considered in the module design.Monitoring module also integrates the P2P data transmission function,which could share memory,storage and other restricted resource on web.Monitoring station has database for data storing and mining.It also integrates LabView as an important monitoring interface,and a user interface is used to switch from one monitor module to another.A time validation scheme is proposed to reduce the cost,and sampling rate for current and voltage is enhanced to reduce the synchronous requirement.It has been proved by theory and practice that the system has characteristics of real-time,high robustness and low cost.Implementation in Hunan Province gives a primary demonstration of the system.
