小城镇与风景名胜区协调发展探讨——以桂林漓江风景名胜区内小城镇为例

伴随着小城镇发展的热潮,国家对风景资源保护的力度也日益加大,与风景名胜区相邻相融、关系密切的小城镇在如何发展的问题上犹豫、徘徊,难以抉择。根据这类小城镇的基本特征和存在问题,以桂林漓江风景名胜区内小城镇为例,提出了这类小城镇发展的思路与对策:制定小城镇经济发展与风景资源保护相互协调的“双赢”策略;实现小城镇建设与风景区整体环境的有机融合等。

COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF TOWNS AND SCENIC AREAS: A CASE STUDY OF TOWNS IN GUILIN LIJIANG SCENIC AREA

With the upsurge of the developmentof towns, the government strengthened the protec-tion for the landscape resources. Nevertheless, theproblem of the development of towns, which adjoinscenic areas and accordingly have a close relationshipwith them, has not been settled yet. Based on thebasic features and existing problems of these townsand taking the towns within Guilin Lijiang ScenicAreas as a case, some ideas and suggestions are broughtforward including the win-win strategy for the co-ordination of the economic development of the townsand the protection of the landscape resources so as toachieve the organic integration of the town construc-tion and the surroundings of scenic areas; etc.
